Welch HVAC, Inc. was established June 24, 2017. Tim Welch, Brandi Stefanski, and Nick Laughner formed a partnership intending to become the Premier Mechanical contractor in the DFW and North Texas area. The philosophy of the company is to create long term relationships with General Contractors, Owners, Architects, and Engineers based on top performance at a fair price. The initial success of Welch HVAC has been the result of relationships existing from past efforts.

Our employees have been part of over 100 Million in new construction and renovations of schools during the last 20 years. The team also has experience with government buildings, office space, banks, retail outlets, and sports complexes.
